Awards for THE SLAUGHTERHOUSE and DROWN in Wales IFF 2021

In the Best Foreign Film category at the 5^th Wales International Film Festival (September 15^th to 17^th, 2021 / UK), Abbas Amini’s THE SLAUGHTERHOUSE won the Best Film Award and Mohammad Kart’s DROWN received the Special Jury Prize.

In this edition of the festival, there were also two other feature films and two short films, distributed by IRIMAGE, nominated for the awards: Alireza Amini’s THE 4^TH ROUND, Ramin Rasouli’s THE DOGS DIDN’T SLEEP LAST NIGHT, Bijan Aarabi’s THE CHICK and Siavash Gorjestani’s FORCED.
