MOTHERLESS wins the Best Feature Film Award at Crossing the Screen 2023

After its big win at Dhaka IFF 2023 in its international premiere, Morteza Fatemi’s debut feature-length film, MOTHERLESS, wins the Best Feature Narrative Film Award in the 7^th edition of Crossing the Screen International Film Festival (March 3^rd to 5^th, 2023 / UK).

Confronting with the sublime issues of birth and death, MOTHERLESS builds up a moral labyrinth in front of its main characters, obliging them to alter the rules of the game of master and servant in every step they take. Enhanced by its thought provoking imagery, the film traps all the characters in a web woven when the plot is gradually developed.
