Synopsis:

The man and the wife are quarrelling all the time in the car. Their child, on the back seat, tries to find a way out of their world…

Director’s Statement:

In a region, in the constant conflict between the tradition and the modernization, the younger generations have been always victimized innocently. They are destined to think of themselves as the superheroes that are going to change the world fundamentally. Nowadays, when the borders of the reality and the virtuality are merged easily, the innocent blood is flowing all through the region tragically…

Director’s Profile:

Born in 1991 in Arak, Pouya Shahjahani has been active as still photographer in a number of short and feature films – most notably, Setareh Eskandari’s THE SUN OF THAT MOON. In 2025, he made his first short film, BANG BANG.
