BANDAR BAND in the Official Selection of Toronto IFF 2020

Manijeh Hekmat’s BANDAR BAND is selected for Contemporary World Cinema section in Toronto International Film Festival (Canada/10-20.Sep.2020).

After gaining international recognition with WOMEN’S PRISON and THREE WOMEN, Manijeh Hekmat is back with “a music-infused twist on a road movie following a band’s day-long journey across a flooded landscape to Tehran.”

BANDAR BAND is an Iran – Germany co-production.
